The 3M TCS team is happy to announce the launch of our "Data as a Service (DaaS)" terminology mapping service. We offer free LOINC® mapping for those interested in our services. We will map a sample of your laboratory data so that you can evaluate our work without any further obligation. We will provide a trial mapping of up to 20 lab tests or results concepts to LOINC. We are automating the file submission process. Meanwhile, we request that you fill out and submit the form linked below.

After you submit the form (linked below), we will email you the instructions and templates to format your lab files with the necessary fields to help us map it to LOINC. You may then send us the file by email. In compliance with 3M's HIPAA policy, we do not accept files with protected health information (PHI). Please ensure that your files do not contain any PHI before you send us the files.
